Boosting the benefits of financial wellbeing to a new UK market
A US-based FinTech offering free credit scores, reports and insights, had its sights set on entering the UK market. It needed to hit the ground running with its new target audience – convincing potential customers of the need to understand their credit health, via its services.
Liaising with an external PR team and the organisation’s marketing team, we created a series of multi-channel articles on topics such as the gender credit gap and the pitfalls of buy-now, pay-later. The key here was for the content to be educational yet empathetic – thereby encouraging the audience to take action. We also created clever, concise copy for its Out of Home advertising campaign – seen on London’s tubes and on billboards in prominent places.
Working with the organisation’s stretched in-house marketing team, we created a holistic content campaign that offered fresh insight to potential customers on credit health. Tying in with various national PR campaigns, messages were heard loud and clear by the public – helping this previously unknown FinTech company explode onto the UK market with a bang.
